Instructions For Use
Peel off the hologram from the silicone paper backing and place it on the gate points 20-40 minutes prior to bed time, the next morning once awake peel off the holograms and discard.
For maximum efficiency do not drink coffee or consume alcohol at least three hours prior to using the hologram.
Place the hologram on the gate points as shown below on point 1,& 2. In most cases only two holograms are needed for a good night sleep. For a longer and deeper sleep use a third hologram. Holograms can be placed at any combination of gate points. Press firmly to ensure a good bond.

FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS, USE THE SöVA8 HOLOGRAM FOR 6 NIGHTS IN A WEEK (SKIP ONE NIGHT)
Use point 1 on the left or right wrist placing the hologram on both wrists at one time is ideal. For a longer sleep add one more hologram on point 2.
The hologram is NON-TRANSDERMAL
There are no drugs released from the hologram, there are no side effects by using the hologram. The hologram contains only sleep frequencies.
